- Before using the Neck Mount, ensure the latch and adapter are securely installed to prevent damage or loss.
- To adjust the camera angle, mount it onto the adapter first and rotate as needed.
- Check that the thumb screws are tightened before filming.
- Please do not attempt to DIY the accessory. Insta360 will not be responsible for any damage or loss if the setup does not match the user manual.
- Invisible Selfie Sticks are not compatible with this accessory.
- If the accessory has been immersed in seawater, rinse promptly with fresh water and wipe dry to prevent damage.
