1. General

The website [Drone House] is owned and operated by DRONE HOUSE Ι.Κ.Ε., Registration No. 4132134 , based in Greece, address: Paraskevopolou 44, Peristeri 121 32 Attiki, Greece.
By accessing and using this website, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts & Registration

• Users may create an account for easier purchases.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their details and for keeping their password secure.
• The company may suspend or delete an account in case of violations of these Terms.

3. Communication Policy

• All order-related communication will be made via the contact details provided by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information; we are not liable for failed communication due to incorrect details.

4. Products & Services

• All DJI products are genuine DJI items with official manufacturer warranty.
• Images are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual product.

5. Prices & Payments

• All prices include VAT.
• Available payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.
• All transactions are protected via SSL and processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers.
• The final price is the one displayed at checkout.

6. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by DRONE HOUSE I.K.E.. We may decline or cancel any order,
including after payment, in cases such as incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders within Greece are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki.
• Delivery to a Geniki Taxydromiki pick-up point of your choice: 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery to your home/office address: 3–6 business days, unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs:
  • €3 for orders below €200,
  • Free for orders of €201 and above with delivery to a Geniki Taxydromiki pick-up store,
  • €7.50 for all home/office deliveries.

7.1 Stock & Availability

Although we strive to keep our availability information accurate, in rare cases a product marked as “Available”
may no longer be in stock. If this occurs, we will promptly inform the customer, offer an alternative or a revised
delivery time, or proceed with a full refund of any payment made.

7.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control
(force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, or government actions.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• For products that require activation (e.g. DJI drones), returns are accepted only if the product has not been activated.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except where otherwise required by law).

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the official DJI manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
For repairs or warranty claims, customers may contact the DJI service center or our store.

10. Professional Use & Compliance with Laws

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local aviation laws and regulations when operating a drone.
The company shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from misuse or unlawful operation of the products.

11. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and prices displayed on our website are correct.
However, errors may occur due to website or human error. In the event of an obvious mistake in pricing
(e.g. a product mistakenly listed at €489 instead of €849, or €7.90 instead of €79.90),
we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any payment made, and promptly inform the customer. Minor deviations in pricing will not affect valid orders.

12. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities of any kind.
• Attempting to breach the system, distribute malware, or interfere with the website’s functioning.
• Spam or violation of third-party rights.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Use of the website and services is at the user’s own risk. Services are provided “as is” without warranties regarding availability or accuracy.
The company’s liability is limited to the value of the order.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the date of revision.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Greece and the European Union.
Competent courts: Athens, Greece.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of DRONE HOUSE I.K.E. or its licensors (e.g. DJI).
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

17. Enterprise Products

For DJI Enterprise products (e.g. Matrice, Agras or other specialized drones), we recommend that customers first schedule an appointment with our team
to discuss their needs and the product’s capabilities. Due to their specialized features, these products may require training, certification, or additional equipment.
Orders for Enterprise products may be subject to prior consultation.
