The website [Drone House] is owned and operated by DRONE HOUSE \u0399.\u039a.\u0395.<\/b>, Registration No.\u00a04132134<\/b> , based in Greece, address: Paraskevopolou 44, Peristeri 121 32 Attiki, Greece<\/strong>.
By accessing and using this website, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

      • All DJI products are genuine DJI items with official manufacturer warranty.<\/li>\n
      • Images are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Prices & Payments<\/h2>\n

        • All prices include VAT.<\/li>\n
        • Available payment methods: credit\/debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • All transactions are protected via SSL and processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers.<\/li>\n
        • The final price is the one displayed at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n

          All orders are subject to acceptance by DRONE HOUSE I.K.E.. We may decline or cancel any order,
          including after payment, in cases such as incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
          In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n

          7. Shipping & Delivery<\/h2>\n

          • Orders within Greece are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Delivery to a Geniki Taxydromiki<\/strong> pick-up point of your choice: 1\u20133 business days<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n
          • Delivery to your home\/office address: 3\u20136 business days<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n
          • Shipping costs:\n

            • \u20ac3<\/strong> for orders below \u20ac200,<\/li>\n
            • Free<\/strong> for orders of \u20ac201 and above<\/strong> with delivery to a Geniki Taxydromiki pick-up store,<\/li>\n
            • \u20ac7.50<\/strong> for all home\/office deliveries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7.1 Stock & Availability<\/h3>\n

              Although we strive to keep our availability information accurate, in rare cases a product marked as \u201cAvailable\u201d
              may no longer be in stock. If this occurs, we will promptly inform the customer, offer an alternative or a revised
              delivery time, or proceed with a full refund of any payment made.<\/p>\n

              7.2 Force Majeure<\/h3>\n

              We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control
              (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, or government actions.<\/p>\n

              8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

              • Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days<\/strong> from delivery.<\/li>\n
              • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included.<\/li>\n
              • For products that require activation (e.g. DJI drones), returns are accepted only if the product has not been activated<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except where otherwise required by law).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                9. Warranty<\/h2>\n

                All products are covered by the official DJI manufacturer\u2019s warranty, subject to the manufacturer\u2019s terms.
                For repairs or warranty claims, customers may contact the DJI service center or our store.<\/p>\n

                10. Professional Use & Compliance with Laws<\/h2>\n

                It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to ensure compliance with local aviation laws and regulations when operating a drone.
                The company shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from misuse or unlawful operation of the products.<\/p>\n

                11. Accuracy of Information<\/h2>\n

                We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and prices displayed on our website are correct.
                However, errors may occur due to website or human error. In the event of an obvious mistake in pricing
                (e.g. a product mistakenly listed at \u20ac489<\/strong> instead of \u20ac849<\/strong>, or \u20ac7.90<\/strong> instead of \u20ac79.90<\/strong>),
                we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any payment made, and promptly inform the customer. Minor deviations in pricing will not affect valid orders.<\/p>\n
